handmade pasta workshop

The handmade pasta workshop will last approximately three and half hours. You will learn traditional techniques for making at least three pasta shapes (e.g. Garganelli, Tagliatelle and Spaghetti alla Chitarra) and three filled pasta shapes (Ravioli, Tortelloni and Cappelletti).


Two types of pasta fillings will be used (e.g. ricotta cheese and spinach, potatoes and rosemary) and you will learn the Italian secret of how to match the right pasta to the right sauce (along with many other tips and tricks!).

At the end of your workshop, we can enjoy a well deserved glass (or two!) of local wine.

We will also provide any packaging for you so that you can take your handmade pasta back home for your friends and family to enjoy too.    Please get in touch at  cat@pastalab.org
